Nico Mira
Nico Mira is a PhD student and research associate at the Division of Ageing and Social Change (ASC) within the Department of Culture and Society at Linköping University, Sweden. He commenced his doctoral studies in August 2024.
Prior to joining Linköping University, Nico served as a research consultant at the Institute of Global Environmental Strategies (IGES) and held the position of Head of Sustainability & PMO at Volvo Car Japan. His current research interests focus on intergenerational climate action and justice.
Nico is actively involved in international research collaborations, notably contributing to the FuturISE project, which explores innovative solutions for sustainable development.
He also participated in the MIRAI Global Challenge PhD Winter School held at the Stockholm School of Economics, reflecting his commitment to interdisciplinary learning and research.
